Tai Chi &
Guided Run
Slow movements and guided breathing by the sea, or a group run led by a coach: two gentle formats to reconnect with the body before a seminar day.
Two ways to move gently
Slowness and breath, stride and fresh air
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese practice of slow, flowing movements, accessible at every level and especially enjoyed by the sea, where the rhythm of the waves naturally accompanies the breathing.
The guided run offers a group outing led by a sports coach, adapted to every level, along the seafront or in the Norman countryside, at a gentle, convivial pace rather than pure performance.
Two short, accessible formats, ideal to open or break up an intense seminar day.
“Tai Chi teaches you to slow down, a precious lesson in the middle of an intense seminar.”

Facing the sea
Recharge facing the waves
On the beaches of Deauville or Cabourg, the rhythm of the waves naturally accompanies the breathing: an ideal setting for a Tai Chi session or a morning run before picking up the thread of the seminar.
