Musical Cohesion
Body percussion, conductor for a day, cohesion bridge and theatre challenge: collective expression workshops where rhythm and voice replace everyday words.
Rhythm as a common language
When the whole team beats the same rhythm
Music and theatre workshops rely on a simple, powerful principle: music and acting need no words to create a bond. Led by professional artists, these formats often surprise the most reluctant participants and become highlights of the seminar.
Body percussion turns the body into an instrument: claps, stomps and rhythmic vocalisations learned collectively in a few minutes, until they build an impressive final piece. The percussion workshop (djembes, drums) follows the same principle with real instruments.
The conductor for a day (Orchestra) places each participant behind a simplified instrument, under the direction of a professional conductor: in one hour, the group performs a recognisable piece, showing that collective success depends on everyone listening. The cohesion bridge and the theatre challenge complete this family of expression workshops.
“In music as in business, collective success comes from everyone listening.”
