A privatised venue in the spirit of a family home, two hours from Paris. Confidentiality, a single quote, turnkey logistics.
CoDir · Comex · Comag
Organising a management seminar in Normandy
Are you organising an executive committee meeting in Normandy and looking for a setting worthy of this strategic occasion? A CoDir, Comex or Comag is not like other meetings: they require a confidential venue, flawless logistics and an atmosphere that supports decision-making. Normandy DMC privatises for you a venue of character in the spirit of a family home, two hours from Paris, and runs the entire organisation. One contact, one quote, complete logistics management, in the strictest discretion.

A setting apart
Bring your executive committee together in a setting apart
A successful executive committee rests on three conditions: the right venue, the right logistics and the right level of confidentiality. Taking your leaders out of their offices, into a Norman setting less than two hours from Paris, creates the conditions for frank exchanges and quality strategic thinking. Normandy offers this immediate change of scenery, between the Pays d’Auge countryside and the Côte Fleurie seaside, without the logistics of a long trip.
Our signature
A privatised venue in the spirit of a family home
The signature of our executive committees is the venue. We favour privatising a place of character, a château, manor house, Norman thatched cottage, boutique hotel or villa with sea views, rather than an impersonal hotel room. The aim is to recreate the atmosphere of a family home: a place that is yours alone for the duration of your meeting, where you feel at home and discussions carry on naturally by the fire or around a large table.
This home-away-from-home spirit gives up nothing in professional comfort. Every venue we select has the necessary technical equipment (video projection, screen, flipchart, Wi-Fi, sound system), bright workspaces and carefully prepared catering. You work in an inspiring setting, with special touches designed for your group, without ever losing efficiency.
The precise choice of venue depends on your numbers, budget and requirements. See our selection of seminar and meeting venues in Normandy.

Framing your meeting well
CoDir, Comex, Comag: which body are you convening?
These three acronyms refer to similar but distinct governance bodies. We adapt the organisation to the nature of your meeting.

CoDir
The CoDir (comité de direction) brings managers and senior executives together around the leader, to share information, align priorities and carry medium- and long-term projects. It is generally the widest of the three formats.
Comex
The Comex (executive committee) brings together a smaller circle, those closest to the chief executive, to decide strategic direction. A tighter format, with the highest confidentiality requirements.
Comag
The Comag (management committee) widens the discussion to the management layer to roll out the strategy on the ground.
In all three cases, the size of the group, generally 6 to 20 people, calls for an intimate venue and discreet support. That is precisely our field.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality and discretion: the specific requirements of the executive committee
An executive committee often decides the future of a company. The topics discussed are sensitive. Our organisation builds this requirement into every stage. You talk in complete peace of mind, with no fear of prying ears.
- Total privatisation of the venue, no outside guests during your meeting
- A reduced team briefed on discretion
- Isolated, soundproofed lounges
- Private catering
Our commitments
Turnkey service, a single quote
Three commitments structure our work on every CoDir.
A turnkey CoDir
Selection and privatisation of the venue, accommodation, catering, technical equipment, transfers, activities: everything is framed, contracted and coordinated by our team. You validate; you coordinate nothing.
A single quote
Our proposal brings all services together in a single quote, clear for your management. One purchase order, one final invoice.
Complete logistics management
A dedicated project manager runs the operation from brief to departure, with the flexibility, discretion and adaptability to the unexpected that a meeting of this level requires.
The programme
Setting the pace of your CoDir: working time and exceptional moments
An executive committee alternates intense working sessions with breathing moments that strengthen the cohesion of the leadership circle. We design moments to suit your group: a wine-tasting workshop led by a sommelier, a cooking class and preparation of your meal, a gourmet dinner in a Michelin-starred restaurant, a private route on the D-Day beaches, a golf introduction. Intimate formats, chosen for a small circle, far from large-group entertainment.
The full catalogue is in our 2026 activities brochure.

Frequently asked questions
FAQ: executive committee in Normandy
What is the difference between a CoDir, a Comex and a Comag?
The CoDir (management committee) brings senior managers together around the head of the company to align priorities. The Comex (executive committee) gathers a smaller circle, those closest to the CEO, for strategic decisions. The Comag (management committee) extends the discussion to middle management. All three call for an intimate venue and discreet organisation, generally for 6 to 20 people.
Why hold your executive committee in Normandy?
Normandy offers an immediate change of scenery less than two hours from Paris, without the logistics of a long trip. Taking leaders out of their offices, to a privatised venue of character in the spirit of a family home, encourages frank exchanges and quality strategic thinking, between the Pays d’Auge countryside and the seaside.
What do you mean by a « home away from home » venue?
Rather than an impersonal hotel room, we privatise a château, manor house, Norman thatched cottage or a villa with sea views, exclusively yours for the duration of your meeting. The atmosphere is that of a family home, warm and confidential, while providing the technical equipment and carefully prepared catering that an executive committee requires.
How do you guarantee the confidentiality of an executive committee?
Through total privatisation of the venue (no outside guests during your meeting), a reduced team briefed on discretion, isolated and soundproofed lounges, and private catering. The sensitive topics of a CoDir or Comex are handled away from prying ears.
How many people for a CoDir in Normandy?
The format is generally between 6 and 20 leaders. Below that, an intimate venue such as a privatised manor house or villa is perfectly suitable; for a larger Comag, we adapt the capacity of the venue and the working rooms.
