Seafaring spirit

A crewed regatta off the Côte Fleurie

Aboard cabin sailboats, your teams learn to sail together, share out roles and handle the pressure of a race at sea. An authentic challenge that reveals natural leaders and bonds teams like few activities can.

Supervised by professional skippers, your teams (6 to 10 people per sailboat) take control of the boat from the first minutes. The final regatta pits all crews against each other in a fair-play, convivial spirit.

A format also available as a discovery version (a cruise without competition) or on the old sailing ship of Honfleur for an even more exclusive experience.

“Our employees are still talking about it six months later. The regatta changed everything in the team dynamic.”

On the English Channel

Skippers, crews & the open sea

Each sailboat is supervised by a professional skipper who guides the crew and manages safety. From the start, every participant has a role: helmsman, crew member, navigator. The final regatta pits all the sailboats against each other on a marked course in the Deauville roadstead or in the Seine bay.
