Creative Workshops
Collective fresco, painting, ceramics and giant Lego construction: hands-on workshops that reveal collective creativity and leave a lasting physical trace of your seminar.
Create together, leave a mark
Each team leaves with a shared creation
Creative workshops are among the most unifying activities: every participant contributes to a collective creation, whatever their artistic level. The final result (mural, sculpture or construction) becomes a tangible symbol of team cohesion, often displayed afterwards on the company’s premises.
The collective mural (painting or plant mural) brings the whole team around a giant artwork, each participant painting a part of the final picture according to a plan drawn up by an artist. Ceramics lets everyone shape their own piece, supervised by a professional ceramicist.
The giant Lego turns building into a collective challenge: teams assemble a large model representing a symbol of your company or of Normandy, in a playful and very visual spirit.
“The final work is never the goal; it is what happens between the participants while it is being created.”

The collective mural
A giant picture, a collective puzzle
Each participant receives a numbered portion of a picture divided into modules. Once assembled, all the individual canvases form a single mural, often installed permanently on the company’s premises.
