Our commitment
Normandy DMC’s CSR Charter
Organising every event with respect for people, the environment and the region.
Our commitment
A charter for responsible events
Normandy DMC – Recevoir en Normandie is committed to organising every event with respect for people, the environment and the region.
Through our CSR Charter, we affirm our commitment to promoting ethics, sustainability and quality, in the service of your business projects in Normandy.

Our three pillars
Social, environmental, economic
Three concrete commitments that guide our choice of providers and the way we operate day to day.
Social pillar
Taking care of our teams and valuing every talent.
Environmental pillar
Reducing our impact on the planet as much as possible.
Economic pillar
Supporting the local economy and building solid ties.

Social pillar
Taking care of our teams and valuing every talent
People at the heart of our services. We supervise and support every event.
Employee savings plan and social benefits for everyone
Every employee benefits from a company savings plan and a largely company-funded health insurance.
Ongoing training and well-being at work
Skills-development courses, CSR awareness sessions, ergonomic seats, company vehicles, and an environment where people feel good. Example: training, a friendly office « like at home », a sunny terrace and eco-responsible habits.
Bonuses and recognition of merit
Guaranteed 13th-month pay, bonuses, gift vouchers, profit-sharing and celebration of team successes.
Local professional integration
Hosting at least one apprentice every year to pass on our know-how and support youth employment.
Inclusion
Gender balance at our events, activities accessible to all (reduced mobility, people with disabilities, men / women).
Environmental pillar
Reducing our impact on the planet as much as possible
In practice, this means an organisation designed to limit disposables, paper and unnecessary travel.

Active fight against waste
During our events, we avoid all disposables. Example: we favour hiring reusable tableware, offer buffets on demand to limit leftovers, and redistribute unsold food and floral decoration to our partners and participants.
Waste treatment
At the office and at our events.
Printing
Reduced print volume, black and white and double-sided preferred, reuse of unused printed paper as scrap paper, printing on recycled paper, recycling of consumables, encouraging people not to print emails and documents.
Event communication
Reduced printing linked to the event (menus, signage, programmes, invitation cards). Digital format first.
Rationalisation of transport
We encourage our clients to car-share, use public transport or walk.
BISOU method for our responsible purchasing
For every purchase, we ask ourselves: do we really need it? Can we hire it? Reuse it? Example: purchase of reusable products (reusable signage and equipment: banners, scarves, host and workshop equipment…).

Economic pillar
Supporting the local economy and building solid ties
Our services keep the Normandy region at work, with partners chosen for their commitment.
Priority to local partners and craftspeople
For every service, from the caterer to the florist, including the little biscuits, we work first and foremost with players in our region. We favour partners who, like us, are committed to a CSR approach (hotels, reception venues, caterers…).
Prompt payment of suppliers
We commit to paying all invoices before the due date, thus supporting the cash flow of craftspeople and providers.
Creation of apprenticeship jobs
Every year, we open an apprenticeship position to strengthen the local economic fabric and train tomorrow’s talent.
Normandy DMC believes in meaningful, responsible events.
Every action counts: together, let’s keep inventing more sustainable and responsible events for our region.
