How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 6 to 8 weeks’ notice for periods of high demand (mid-May to mid-July, late August to mid-October), and 3 to 4 weeks in low season (December to February).
Can an iconic venue such as the Deauville Casino be privatised?
Some emblematic venues are available for partial or total privatisation depending on availability and the period. We tell you the realistic options from the initial brief.
Can a reception be held without a preceding seminar?
Yes, we also organise one-off receptions and cocktails, without their necessarily being tied to a seminar or convention.
Which venue to choose for a corporate evening?
It depends on the atmosphere sought and the city: château or manor for intimacy, racecourse or casino for prestige, or one of the venues specific to each Normandy destination (a museum or a barge in Rouen, for example).
